ZORAN ARCHITECTS, situated in Victoria, Seychelles, is RIBA Chartered Practice established in 2015 by company director Zoran Vuksanovic who had gained extensive experience as architect in France, Spain, Russia and Botswana before becoming the Chief Architect in the Ministry of Land Us and Habitat of Seychelles in which position he stayed for 12 years working on a number of projects of national interest.

ZORAN ARCHITECTS is an esteemed Architectural design consultancy with a wealth of experience in planning, housing, commercial, civic & community projects, designed in both contemporary and traditional creole styles, tailored to the tastes and needs of clients. The company remains at the forefront of design by exploring new forms, pushing the boundaries and evolving with technology, applying green building design principles without compromising on the authenticity of the design, aesthetics, materials and originality.

Our capabilities

Our studio is made up of a group of dedicated and passionate individuals working towards the guiding principle of the practice which strives towards the pursuit of design excellence .We specialize in providing high quality architectural service to local and international investors wishing to realize their dreams in Seychelles. We work hand-in-hand with you to translate your vision into tangible architectural concepts. Concepts are mostly used to support business cases and funding applications in the process of property development.

We develop the designs further to produce technical drawings for submission to the local authority and to hand over to other built-environment professionals like structural engineers and quantity surveyors.

We create high definition 3D impressions and animations of proposed building using the latest presentation technologies.

During the construction phase, we administer the contract to ensure that all parties are producing quality within the agreed timelines. These activities are performed in line with the 6 working stages of architecture stipulated by RIBA.

We provide you with planning, design, costing, engineering, local authority approvals, quality assurance and project management of your building construction project.
